Notes about shipping

*Orders are shipped out of our facility Monday-Friday

*Orders placed before 10 AM EST will be processed and leave our facility that day.

*Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be processed and leave our facility the next day. If an order is placed after 10 AM on Friday, they will leave our facility on the following Monday, excluding holidays.

*All orders are shipped via UPS. If you have a PO box or require shipment via USPS please give us a call at 443-992-4388 or send us an email at admin@zekescoffee.com.

*Once you are given tracking information, we cannot provide any additional information. If you do not receive your package within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking information please contact us. Otherwise, please contact UPS. If UPS claims your package has been delivered and you do not have it, please contact UPS.

*We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. If UPS claims the package was delivered, please contact UPS.
