Hawaii Kona Grown - Rooster Farms, 12 oz bag

We have sourced this Kona Grown coffee from Rooster Farms, located in South Kona on Big Island, in Hawaii. Although not graded as "Kona Fancy", they are an excellent coffee and are much larger than your average bean grown outside of the Kona region. By default volume and density, the larger the bean, the richer the flavor and the more the flavor compounds. We roast these beans slightly lighter than medium to bring the brightness, sweetness and ashy flavors typical to Hawaiian coffees.
