Hawaii Kona Prime, 12 oz bag

We have lightly roasted this, the only coffee produced in The United States. Prime is a grade of Hawaiian coffee that indicates that there are less than 25 defects per pound. Unlike Fancy or Extra Fancy, two other famous grades of Hawaiian coffee, Prime doesn't have a screen size requirement. The roast profile brings out notes of coriander with mellow fresh melon and almond flavors with a tart acidity and mild sweetness.
