Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are going out on time, however, due to COVID-19, the USPS is a bit overwhelmed and they are not properly tracking all of their packages. Most orders are arriving on time. Some orders are experiencing delays in shipping which we have no control over. It could take up to a week for your coffee to be delivered, especially if it is ordered near a holiday, like Mother's Day.
